Springs residents warned of temporary water interruption

Springs residents are advised that the water supply will be temporarily disrupted from tomorrow to Wednesday.
The interruption, caused by a scheduled repair on a leaking valve on the bulk water pipe, will affect households and businesses across several areas of the town.
The repairs are scheduled from tomorrow at 07:00 to Wednesday at 07:00.
The affected areas include:
• Golden Springs
• Selcourt
• Struisbult
• Daggafontein
• Edelweiss
• Nuffield
• Selection Park south of N17
To mitigate the effect of the supply interruption, water tankers will be provided at the following locations:
• Selcourt Spar
• Struisbult Shops
• Daggafontein Circle
• Edelweiss
• Corner of Clydesdale and Butler Roads
• Selection Park Tennis Court
Residents are urged to store water in advance, use it sparingly and stay updated for further information from the city’s digital communication platforms.
