Gentlemen’s Club set to host Breast Cancer Awareness Drive in Springs

The Gentlemen’s Club Breast, together with the Princess Nakedi Foundation, will host a community drive featuring breakfast, a mall visit, and a gala, aiming to support survivors and raise awareness about the disease.

As October marks Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the Gentlemen’s Club will collaborate with the Princess Nakedi Foundation to host a Breast Cancer Awareness Drive at Springs Mall on Saturday.

The drive will begin at Linksfield Petrol Station in Edenvale at 07:00 before proceeding to Springs Mall, where participants will have breakfast at 09:30.

The final stop will be the SAA Museum, where a gala will take place at 12:00.

The drive focuses on supporting breast cancer survivors and allowing them to celebrate themselves.

“What we have seen is that many women who go through this don’t have families to support them. As a club, we saw the need to educate men and women about breast cancer,” the club’s communications officer, Tinstwalo Ngobeni, said.
