Springs Striders lace up running shoes for time trials

Springs Striders is welcoming everyone to their weekly 4km or 8km walks and runs designed to get their community active and social.

Springs Striders and the community laced up their running shoes to join the club’s popular weekly time trials on February 17.

The time trial is a fun and inclusive event featuring a 4km or 8km walk or run. The action kicks off every Tuesday at 17:45 from the Riverfield Shopping Centre in Petersfield.

“You legends! Showing up is half the battle, smashing the time trial is the other half. Proud of every single one of you. Same time next week, let’s go again,” said the club’s secretary, Charmaine Botha.
