Pollak Park Golf Club held its annual Sanlam Cancer Golf Challenge On Saturday.
This event was held in an attempt to raise valuable funds for the South African Cancer Association.
With more than 120 golfers partaking in the fun-filled event, Pollak Park managed to raise more than R9 000 for the association.
Wonderful prizes were donated by Sanlam.
The fourball of Raymond Murray, Marius du Plessis, Raymond van Rooyen and Hannes Dempsey enjoyed their golf in the Cancer Challenge.
Club management wishes to thank all who participated in the event and for contributing to this worthwhile cause.
A Brazil/Portuguese evening will be held on Friday, starting at 7pm, in anticipation for the World Cup Football.
