One for the fans

Give this one a skip if you are opposed to stupid, vulgar humour with very little pay-off.

I was looking forward to Jackass Presents Bad Grampa since the Jackass movies, while vulgar and rude, are quite funny and very entertaining.

The previous movies created an expectation that while this one might trigger my gag reflex, Johnny Knoxville is quite fond of bodily fluids flying about the set in his previous movies, I would laugh heartily.

An hour-and-a-half of fun, bad taste comedy was all I was expecting.

What I got instead was a movie which offered plenty of vulgarity but few laughs.

If you are a devout fan of Knoxville’s you may want to give it a watch but those unfamiliar with his work should avoid this one at all costs.
