Cricket results of the weekend

Several senior and junior cricket teams from Springs Old Boys (SOB) played this weekend.

The first league lost by 9 wickets against CBC.

Their best bowler was Ruan Geering (3 overs 1 wicket 25 runs).

The Colts won against United.

United went to bat first and got 112 all out in the 34th over.

The best bowlers from SOB were Keagon Meiring (5.2-10-3) and Marco Greyvenstein (6-9-1).

SOB got 113 for 5 in their 23rd over.

Their best batsmen were Rickus Neethling (30 not out) and Kyle Dabner (24 from 11 balls).

The SOB Premier reserve team won against United with 25 runs.

One of the junior teams, the U/10A team, beat the Kempton Park team after 16 overs.

Kempton got 89 in their total overs.

SOB’s best bowlers were Divan Immelman (5 overs, 2 maidens, 12 runs and 2 wickets).

The best batsmen were Keanu Coetzee (53 van 26 balls) and Louhan Swart (22 of 32 balls).
