Ekurhuleni H/cap League in full swing
One team from Springs Country Club competed in the Ekurhuleni Handicap League on Saturday.
The team consists of 12 players divided into two groups.
One group played at home, while the other six players played at Heidelberg.
A group of nine clubs compete in this competition and each team will play at least once against each other over eight months.
The winners will then compete to determine the Ekurhuleni League winning team.
Dewi van Deventer and Koos Erasmus drew against Heidelberg, giving them a 0.5 score.
One local team who played at Heidelberg won their game, leaving Springs with 1.5 points.
Heidelberg golfers are the overall winners of the Betterball format and won 4.5-1.5 on Saturday.
