KWV Springs cruise in to win
KWV Springs First Rugby team is ready for the Peregrine Falcon Cup final
The KWV Springs first team brought its A to the game in its Peregrine Falcon Cup semi-final at Olympia Park Stadium on Saturday.
The crowd was on its feet, some nervous and others hopeful, from the very first whistle that kicked off the match.
Although it was a tough match, the Springs team took the lead in the first few minutes of the match.

The score was 5-3 in the first 15 minutes as both teams struggled to create a pace.
The NWU Vaal students would not just let them have it, though.
They did their best to push the KWVs back. By half-time the score was 17 to 10 against NWU.
The final score was 51- 38 to Springs.

This means that the KWV Springs will head to Vereeniging for the finals of the Peregrine Falcon Cup.
Springs beat Boksburg 47-26 in the quarter-finals on August 11, in order to qualify for Saturday’s match.
