Gauteng round of Idols SA will take place at Carnival City on March 7.

Carnival City is gearing up for an influx of aspiring singers as they try out for Idols SA Season 16.

The Gauteng round of auditions will, for the sixth year, be returning to Carnival City on 7 March.

If you know you’ve got the talent, charm and grit to have everyone falling in love from the first note, seize this opportunity to flaunt your gift and set tremendous things into motion for your career in music.

Entry is free and open to all South African citizens who are between 16 and 30 years old on the date of their first audition.

Hopefuls wanting a shot at impressing the judges must remember to bring their ID documents to the audition and minors must have written consent signed by a parent or guardian.
