Vita Nova fun day unites residents and community

Vita Nova Centre hosted its annual fun day, welcoming learners, families and community members for a memorable day of activities.

Vita Nova Centre hosted its annual fun day on May 9, bringing the community together for a joyful day.

The event was well attended with learners from Pinegrove and Selcourt primary schools, and Veritas Perpetuary School also being in attendance to make the day more special.

The centre’s director, Michelle Immelman, said, “The day was a wonderful success and created many special memories for our residents, families, friends and supporters.”

She also thanked the staff who made pancakes, boerewors rolls and sold coldrinks and coffee.

“To the dedicated staff who trained the residents for the various events, helped them get dressed and ready, and encouraged them every step of the way; thank you for your patience, love and commitment,” Immelman said.
