You could ‘catch’ a Hilux bakkie

With everything in order, you have no excuse not to enter the Eden Park Classic Carp and Baber Fishing Competition.
This competition, hosted by Eden Park Retirement Village, is taking place on February 28 from 06:00 to 15:00 at Maanlig Resort.
Weigh-in time is between 13:00 and 16:00.

There are categories for men, women and juniors in both the boat and riverbank categories.
The entrance fee is R200 per person excluding gate fees.

To qualify for the grand prize of a ‘Hilux 21 Single cab’ you have to catch a carp and baber that together weigh 13kg or more.
There are also other huge prizes up for grabs.
