Come march for animal rights
The march is set to take place on March 21 from 08:30 for 09:00 as part of raising awareness against animal cruelty.
The march will start from Kay’s Interiors in Corridor Hill (opposite The Ridge) and will end at Pet and Pool in Riverview Crescent Shopping Centre.
Schools are encouraged to commit at least 50 learners to this very worthwhile cause – make school banners or a flag and take part in the march with song and cheering. All learners that register on the day will be entered for a lucky draw prize.
Registration is only R10 per person or bring some pet food. Registrations will start from 08:00.
Refreshments will be on sale at Pet and Pool after the march.
Your support will go a long way in making a stand against animal cruelty on this Human Rights day – Animals, after all, have rights too.
