JP squash opponents’ expectations

There were 32 players sweating it out for an amazing cash prize of R10 000 that were split between three categories of 12 players each (top, middle and lower).

Witbank Club had a very successful mid-year squash tournament.

The tournament took place from June 24 with the finals played on Friday, July 12 that culminated with a lovely spit braai at the prize giving.

There were 32 players sweating it out for an amazing cash prize of R10 000 that were split between three categories of 12 players each (top, middle and lower).

Winners of the top category were JP Henn in first place, followed by Hermanus Viviers and Conrad Coetzee.

Winners of the middle category were Johan van der Walt with Louis Coetzee and Paul Clancy short on his heels.

Rassie van der Lith is the winner of the lower category with Wayne Erasmus in second place and Gysie Kok in third place.
