Free fitness for all

eMalahleni Housing Company hosts a free fitness event each month at Highveld Mall in collaboration with Highveld Mall and World of Wellness as a fundraiser in support of various causes.

This month their fundraiser was in support of New Life Children’s Home where participants and the public in general were requested to donate clothing, non-perishable food and baby diapers on July 27.

The event is free of charge and is held to encourage the community to lead a healthy active lifestyle.

World of Wellness hosts a free fit camp every afternoon and anyone can join by contacting Tanya Joubert at 076 467 6155.
