Customer held at gunpoint

A man from Kwa-Zulu Natal went to clothing store in Klipfontein to purchase a cell phone before he knew what was happening, he had a gun against his head.

The store opened its doors on Tuesday, January 21 at 08:10, a few minutes later than normal.

Ms Joane Kamfer opened up the shop the man from Kwa-Zulu Natal went inside the shop and a few minutes later two men that walked out the Café followed.

A few minutes later three other men walked inside the clothing store with Ms Elizabeth Lekgabe.

Suddenly one of the men pulled out a firearm and held it to the customers head.

Then the other four men pulled out knives and pointed it at the staff members and told them to go into the office.
Ms Tseri Mathebula was asked for the safe key and she took the key and opened the safe.

Once the safe was opened the suspect took an undisclosed amount of money and locked them all inside the office and left the scene.
