The men were reported missing between January and February.
Three youths have since February 7 been arrested after police followed links which led them to the suspects.
The youths are aged between 17 and 19. One of the two teenagers was arrested on February 15, and he appeared along with the other two on February 20.
The suspects made several court appearances since their arrest and have also been applying for bail but the magistrate would not grant them bail, since he felt they are not safe to society.
The three are accused of the murders of Nkululeko Masango and Khumbudzo Mufamadi.
A cell phone signal was the link that the police used to find the boys. They were found to be in possession of one of the deceased’s cell phone.
The accused appeared in court again on May 29 and their case has been postponed to June 18.
