The incident happened on Sunday, June 22 at 11:22 when Ms Ntomizodwa Skosana was on guard at the shop’s door.
The men first walked into the shop and paid for items that they wanted to purchase and went back outside.
They then walked back into the shop and allegedly told Skosana that it was a robbery.
Skosana recalls that two of the men pointed a firearm at her and told her to walk to the back of the shop, where she found her colleagues had been tied up with cable ties by the other three men.
The robbers took cell phones, cash and clothing from the shop and left.
No shots were fired and nobody sustained any injuries.
The shop owner was contacted and declined to comment.
