
A couple had gone out for the evening on July 5 and on returning home they had a fight. Amid the fight the woman allegedly stabbed her boyfriend, instantly killing him.
On July 6 at about 04:00 the woman was arrested by police who were informed of the fight that took place and she was charged with murder.
She will appear in the Kriel Magistrate’s Court on July 14 for bail application and currently remains in custody.
Police request the community to utilize available structures in the government, non-governmental organisations and other professional assistance when they are confronted by unbearable load in their lives.
