Greatest Train Race schools competition

It doesn’t matter how big or small your school is

During the 2014 Greatest Train Race, the schools competition was introduced.

The competition received such a great response that the organisers decided to host it once again for the 2015 Greatest Train Race. All you have to do is to simply enter as many teams as you can through your school before July 31, to automatically be entered into the competition.

It doesn’t matter how big or small your school is, the winning school will be determined by the school size versus entries principle, so everyone has an equal chance.

The entry fees are R190 per team of five (ages 10 – 18 years) or R75 per Individual strong enough for the 15 km walk (15 years) or 28km run (16years). The fun run entries will also be eligible and there is no age restriction at only R50 per entry

Entry forms are available from admin@gtr.co.za or visit their website on www.gtr.co.za or the nearest entry office. Contact Elsabe or Noreen on 013 243 2253 for more information.

The winning school will be announced in the Witbank News and Middelburg Observer
