Vosman Police Station during their festive season operations arrested a number of suspects during this operation.
They arrested five suspects for possession of drugs, seven for possession of dagga, two for drinking liquor in public, three for driving under the influence of alcohol, 12 for being in the country illegally, one for robbery, five for contempt of court, one for theft and malicious damage to property, two for common assault, two for assault with grievous bodily harm, two for shoplifting, one for armed robbery, two for rape, one for attempted burglary, one for reckless and negligent driving, one for malicious damage to property, one for pointing of a firearm, one for theft and assault, one for housebreaking and theft, two for murder, one for theft, three for possession of stolen vehicles and the total number of suspects bought to the book was as 57.
“Reject and report stolen goods, if you buy, more people will suffer,” said Captain Klaas Maloka, Vosman Police Station communication officer.
