Another car-hijacking case was opened at the Witbank Police Station about an incident that took place at Del Judor. The incident happened on Tuesday morning, February 14 when a man driving a white Corsa utility was going to an interview at Geringer Street. Before going to his potential employers place the 42-year-old man stopped at a filling station to refill his petrol tank. After passing the first Stop street he noticed that a Volkwagen Polo Sedan was following him from the petrol station. When he stopped at the second Stop street, the Polo Sedan stopped and apparently blocked his way.

It is alleged the vehicle had three suspects who pointed the man with a firearm and forced him out of the vehicle.

“The hijack took place and it has been a week and the car has not been found yet.”
