The residents stated that they had this problem since late last year. They said the municipal workers came and fix the problem but after a few days it blocks again.
A community member thinks that because some of the houses are built on low laying ground, that might be the problem.

“We have been staying with this problem for many months and we have on several occasions reported the matter at the municipality. They came and fix it but I can tell you after a few days it will start flowing into the street again,” said one of the people staying in the area.

One of the house owners has already opened a furrow to unable the water to flow into the street instead of flowing in his yard. The residents said the municipality workers claimed that they need special tools to fix the problem permanently.
