Wires connecting poles in ward 9 in Vosman.
“The municipality have told us on several occasions that the wires connecting the poles need to be fixed, unfortunately they say they do not have them. When the transformer blasted we were told to pay R300 per house to buy a new transformer. We did that, but we are still having the same problem. The problem had led to community members fighting each other over the issue of electricity. Every time we have to pay somebody to fix the electricity for us and that is costly. We cannot live with this situation any longer and we pay for this electricity which we are denied. Even the previous councilor was aware of the electricity problem.”
