Man puts children’s lives in danger

With this action the driver took away the rights of children when they were passengers in a car.

Law enforcement agencies are gearing up for road safety as the year is winding down. Thousands of holidaymakers will be making their way to different destinations using roads.

Every child has the right to be safe when travelling in a vehicle.

This means children, even toddlers or babies, need to be buckled up, on approved booster seats (where the seatbelt fits properly over their shoulders and hips), or approved child restraint seats.

Children also have the right to arrive safely at a destination whether it is in a car, minibus taxi or in a bus.
