Two children sexually assaulted

The mother alleged to the police that the boy and his brother visited their father outside the province

Two cases of sexual assault were opened at Witbank police station on separate days.

The first case was reported on Monday, July 8, after the child confessed that his father touched his private part.

The mother alleged to the police that the boy and his brother visited their father outside the province.

When they came back, the father dropped them off at school and when he collected them from school the teacher told him that the boy was touching another boy’s private parts.

She further alleged that when she asked her boy about his behaviour, he started crying and told her that his father did the same thing when they visited him.

She took him to the doctor the following morning and opened a case against the father.

The other case was opened on Wednesday, July 10, when the mother alleged that her 14- year-old daughter told her that a driver of the transport she uses to go to school sexually assaulted her.

The mother alleged that her daughter told her that the driver assaulted her in the nearby bushes after he offered her a lift from the shop back home.
