The ten suspects were found with suspected drugs valued between R500 and R2 000
Ten people were arrested for the possession of suspected drugs in two consecutive days.
Eight arrests were made on Thursday, August 1 and two other arrests were made on Friday, August 2.
Three were caught in Van De Venter Street, two were arrested in Delville Street, two others were caught on the R544 and one was arrested in Roger Street on Thursday between 05:00 and 06:00 in the morning.
On separate events, the police alleged on police reports that the suspects seemed suspicious and they requested to search the suspects.
The suspects were arrested for suspected drug possession.
On Friday, one suspect was arrested in Beatty Street and another one was arrested in French Street.
Both the arrests took place at around 17:00 in the evening, when the police requested to search the suspects and suspected drugs were found on them.
