Faulty accounts were a human error

Unfortunately we can only be put this down to a human error, and we will do our utmost to ensure this does not happen again

We hereby refer to the Emalahleni Local Municipality email accounts sent out on Saturday, November 2 in error as the previous month’s account (September 2019).

These should have been the October 2019 accounts.

We offer our sincere apologies that our IT Operator loaded the incorrect set of PDF files for emailing, by loading the previous month’s accounts for September 2019 and sending.

This was picked up on the Monday, November 4 and the correct October 2019 accounts were loaded and emailed (sent) that same day.

We apologise to the municipality and all account holders that receive their accounts via email, for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Unfortunately we can only be put this down to a human error, and we will do our utmost to ensure this does not happen again.
