As he got out, unknown men approached him and he could feel a firearm being held against him

A grey Audi A4 was stolen after a hijacking occurred at the roundabout where Minerva and Paul Sauer Streets meet.

This incident took place on Tuesday, January 7.

It is alleged that the owner of the Audi was driving when all of a sudden he felt another vehicle hit his car.

As he got out, unknown men approached him and he could feel a firearm being held against him.

The man was instructed to get into the boot of his Audi.

“I felt that we were driving and after some time I was dropped off at the Balmoral off-ramp on the N4 highway.”

The man received a lift back to the Witbank Police Station where a case was opened.

The registration number of the Audi is JHN 181 MP.

A Mazda 323 Sting was also reported as stolen after a lady went to do shopping at a local supermarket and could not find her car where it was parked.

This incident happened on Friday, January 10.

The registration number of the Mazda Sting is CDF 577 MP.
