The Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy, Gwede Mantashe was on a back to school campaign during the visit.

The Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy, Gwede Mantashe paid a visit to Leornard Ntshuntshe Secondary School recently.

Minister Mantashe was on a back to school campaign during the visit on Monday, February 15. The back to school campaign forms part of the government aimed at encouraging and affording the necessary support to learners, educators, and support staff as they commence with the new academic year.

The department in partnership with Central Energy Fund (CEF), Two Rivers Platinum Mine, Mining Qualification Authority, Seriti, Masimong Foundation, Engineering Council SA, and Sasol Mining donated learners support material including amongst others, school shoes, scientific calculators, mathematics
