Jabs given at local taxi rank in eMalahleni

Pastor David Nkosi received his first jab of the vaccine at the local taxi rank.

Pastor David Nkosi was over the moon after getting his first jab of the vaccine at the local taxi rank.

Pastor Nkosi of the Watchman’s Disciples received his vaccine during the launch of the vaccination programme held at the local taxi rank by the MEC of Health Sasekane Manzini on Thursday, July 15.

Pastor Nkosi said taking the vaccine was important for his health as well as his future.

“It is the right decision that I have taken the vaccine. I would also like to encourage other people to take the vaccine and not listen to people as it is good for their families and their communities. People must come and register to be vaccinated or get the vaccination if they are 35 years or above. It is the right thing to do during this pandemic,” pointed pastor Nkosi.

Pastor Nkosi said that as a preacher he also travels across the borders of the country preaching the word of God, so the vaccine will help him a lot.

He added to say that the vaccine help and act as an anti-body to fight the disease and people should not listen to myths. As a lot of stories have been said about the vaccine, pastor Nkosi said that people have been getting vaccines since a young age, so there is no reason to be afraid of the vaccine.
