A woman and her child were in the car that overturned on the N4 earlier today.
The mother confirmed that they were travelling from White River to Parys.
The accident occurred just after the bridge over the Olifants River (Witbank Dam).
No major injuries were sustained but both the motorist in the car as well as the child were taken to hospital for a proper check-up.
