Micro boats create great waves at the series ‘foreshore’

iOM’s and DF95 sail boats shake up the Witbank Dam.

The wind never disappoints when the micro sailors compete for the first place.

The Witbank Yacht and Aquatic Club (WYAC) hosted the WYAC Foreshore Micro Sailing Series 1 2022/2023.

The series was hosted on Sunday, July 10 and the sailors were ready to show off their skills.

The series was between two classes of boats, which were the international 1-meter class (iOM) and the Dragon Force 95 (DF95). A total of 10 races were sailed and each of them was remarkable.

The wind enabled the sailors to perform at their best, which allowed them to play a fair game.

The sailors congratulated each other at the end of the game, as the results were being announced.
