Take the first step; it is all you need to do
You can become the master of your own life, recovery is possible.

“Continuous improvement is better than delayed perfection” – Mark Twain
No person is walking the face of the earth that demonstrates more courage, dignity, honesty, and integrity daily than an addict in recovery.
And we all know of someone who had or has an addiction problem.
Addiction comes in many forms and ranges from gambling, over-the-counter pain medication, hard drugs and alcohol.
It breaks up families and is a contributor to big issues such as gender-based violence, homelessness, child neglect, and theft to name a few. But giving up should never be an option because help is out there and available to those who need it and seeks change for the better.
You can become the master of your own life, and you can be happy and make a positive difference in your loved ones’ life.
The Alcoholics and Narcotics Anonymous groups are here to support you in getting started and are completely confidential.
There is no judgment, and it is a safe space for addicts to just be. Meetings are free and available in eMalahleni every Wednesday and Friday at 19:00 at the Methodist Church in Del Judor or the Presbyterian Church in Middleburg on Mondays and Thursdays at 19:00.
Alternatively, you can send a ‘please call me’ or call 082 417 6347 or 083 225 8626 with any queries or if you are in need to talk.
Recovery is possible and you can do it.
