Proven Hope Foundation is trying its best to improve the lives of some young people.

The organization has embarked on a program to train young people to be waiters for free.

Youth from around eMalahleni were trained in theory at Klarinet Community Development Centre in Extension 6.

“They did their hands-on training at Eden Park Old Age Home in Klipfontein. After weeks of hands-on training, their services were needed at Indlela Lodge. They will also need their table waiting skills taught,” said Mr. Given Mabena, their teacher.

Mr. Mabena is a qualified chef and tourism consultant.
