The chasers ran back to the victim to put him inside a vehicle and drove with him to the hospital.

A case of murder is being investigated by Vosman Police following the death of a young man who was shot.

The incident where 21-year-old Sunday Nkosi was killed happened not far from an entertainment place in Lynnville.

Someone ran into the centre and shouted that Nkosi has been shot.

Some of the people ran out to find the victim lying on the ground and witnesses allegedly saw two unknown males running away.

They tried to chase them, but without any success.

The chasers ran back to the victim to put him inside a vehicle and drove with him to the hospital.

The driver lost control of the vehicle along the way and hit the pavement.

The vehicle was damaged.

Nkosi, unfortunately, passed away before help arrived.

All role players visited the crime scene and no suspect/s has been arrested so far.

Police request anyone who has information that can assist them with their investigation to contact Colonel Hellen Masombuka at 082 303 9938.
