The Boat and Caravan Park had no shortage of action-packed racing

In the Junior A category Levi Shepard was in first place, Tristan Ackerman second place, and Nathan Ackerman third.

It was all about water and speed at the Boat and Caravan Park Witbank. The Powerboat Association, part of Powerboat Racing South Africa (PBRSA) Association had an adrenaline-filled day on the waters.

There were also a few stalls selling delicious foods to various arts and crafts items. The exciting event took place on a sunny Saturday, November 5. 

 

One of the organizers, Zelda Sampson said, “We would like to thank the Boat and CaravanPark (Steve’s Place) for hosting us and also the supporters and all the boats that took part”. 

 

The result of the event:

  • In the Junior A category Levi Shepard was in the first place, Tristan Ackerman second place, and Nathan Ackerman third.
  • In the Junior division B: Chelan Parsons in first place and Kenzie Parsons in second place.
  • In the GT15 division: EJ Bierman was first, Jordan Allen second and Keira Ackerman third. 
  • In the F30 division: Jordan Allen ended first, Tristan Barham second and Jason Barham in third place. 
  • In the F1 category: Bruce Repsold was first, Keagan Frankiewicz second, and John-Ross Duncan in third place.

The next set of competitions will take place in Durban in December.
