New Life Church kicks off the festive season by honouring Jesus Christ

People came in large numbers to join New Life Church in their mission to keep the community of eMalahleni united through this festive cheer.

On December 4, the event was held at New Life Church.

The church planned a magical evening with candlelight, a picnic, and a March for Jesus to keep people busy this festive season.

The day began with an exhilarating ‘March for Jesus’, followed by a picnic, and ended with a candlelight ceremony.

The purpose of ‘unite the light’ day was clarified by Pastor Ryan Langkilde, who stated that they wanted to make it clear at the beginning of December that this month is all about Jesus Christ and no one else, but all they want to do is remember Jesus Christ.

“The ‘unite the light’ is all about churches coming together in the city, which is a beautiful thing. What we do in the light of unity is invite all Christians to march for Jesus,” he added.
