Residents of Emalahleni and surrounding areas should take note of the load-shedding schedule issued by the Local Municipality. Various areas will be affected.

The following substations will be affected today, January 17 and Eskom will implement the following stages:

Stage 4 – 05:00 until 16:00.

Stage 5 – 16:00 until 05:00.

Grobler Substation will be affected from 07:00 until 09:30.

Buffer Substation will be affected from 09:00 until 11:30.

Clewer, Ogies, Phola, Doornpoort, and Rietspruit Substations will be affected from 11:00 until 13:30.

GaNala and KwaGuqa Substations will be affected from 13:00 until 15:30.

Grobler Substation will be affected from 15:00 until 17:30.

Buffer Substation will be affected from 17:00 until 19:30.

Clewer, Ogies, Phola, Doornpoort, and Rietspruit Substations will be affected from 19:00 until 21:30.

GaNala and KwaGuqa Substations will be affected from 21:00 until 23:30.

Grobler and GaNala Substations will be affected from 23:00 until 01:30.
