Ward councillor gets petitions going
Ward councillor wants the council to take note of service delivery.
Local Ward 33 councillor, Kim Faduk has had a very busy weekend.
On June 6 and June 7, the councilor took to the streets in extension 16 and Reyno Ridge extension 5 of her ward to get her petitions signed.
According to Faduk, the petition is to bring attention to the service delivery and infrastructure.
“These petitions will be handed over to the council. We are asking for better service delivery. Our ward’s payment rate is excellent,” said Faduk.
According to the ward councillor, the hotspots of streets that need attention in extension 16 are Mostert Street, Prinsloo Street, Swartz Street, and Ingrid Jonker Street.
In extension 5, Reyno Ridge was Pilditch Street, Leeu Street, Kiwi Street, and Springbok Street.
