In the meetings, you will hear a lot of success stories and also learn a lot from bad experiences.

Addiction comes in many shapes and forms, but there is help out there, even if it is just to talk about it or just listen to like-minded people.
Alcoholics and Narcotics Anonymous is an international fellowship of men and women who have had an addiction problem.
It is non-professional, self-supporting, multiracial, apolitical and available almost everywhere.
There are no age or education requirements.
Membership is open to anyone who wants to do something about their addiction problem if it is gambling, pills, hard drugs or alcohol.
If you need help or know of someone who needs support, please call 082 417 6347 or 083 225 8626, or you can join meetings on Wednesdays and Fridays at 19:00 at the Methodist Church in Del Judor or the Presbyterian Church in Middelburg on Mondays and Thursdays at 19:00.
Take that first step and regain control of your life.
