The Hoërskool Patriot Music Festival captivated spectators in a great celebration of musical skill and harmony, leaving a symphonic mark on the hearts of those who participated.

From 18 to 20 July, an exceptional roster of 16 choirs were invited to fill the auditorium with melody and music.

Choirs from Middelburg, Secunda, and eMalahleni demonstrated their vocal ability, bringing different and engaging performances to the stage and forming a symphony of togetherness that caught the audience’s hearts.
Aside from the mesmerising choirs, the event included other musical wonders that left attendees speechless.

Solo drum and piano performances entranced the audience with their hypnotic rhythms, while solo artists were charmed with soul-stirring renditions, creating a lasting impression.

Two marimba bands infused the festival with traditional African rhythm and enthusiasm, bringing smiles to everyone’s faces.
Overall, the festival was a big success, and it will now be held every year.
