Meeting to discuss mining activities in Ward 20 happening tonight
Residents have a chance to speak up during the meeting tonight.
The community staying in Ward 20 is reminded that a meeting is scheduled to engage with the mines responsible for mining activities around the neighbourhood.
These mining activities are happening in the Jackaroo Park, Blancheville and agricultural holdings areas of Ward 20.
“The mine will be present at this meeting in order to engage with the public direct on all mining-related issues as well as the blasting activities as the main topic of discussion,” said Ward 20’s ward councillor, Maureen Scheepers.
The meeting is set for 18:00 at Plot 55 at La Bendicion Venue situated on the R555.
