Chaos erupted at a Klipfontein shopping centre this morning when a fire erupted at a fast-food outlet at the same time an armed robbery occurred at another business in the same centre.

Despite efforts to quell the fire, other items suffered damage.
The cause of the fire is not known at this stage.
The police are actively investigating these incidents.
