Duvha Park residents had enough of water woes
When will the water problems in eMalahleni come to an end?

Water issues continue to plague eMalahleni, causing dissatisfied Duvha Park owners to act.
On Tuesday, March 5, people shut off R544 in protest of on-going water shortages, claiming to have been without water for several days.
One resident, who chose to remain anonymous, expressed their frustration, stating, “We have not had water since last week Tuesday. This is not fair because we are paying for this water. Now, children can’t go to school, and for a source of water, we must go to the bushes. This is not fair; we want water.”
Police are on the scene of the strike to keep everything under control and keep motorists away from the strike for their safety.
