The teens could not contain their excitement as they were dressed in their boys’ and girls’ golf attires, ready and set for the tee-off.

The community-oriented club brought together old and young friends, families, business partners, and also supported local businesses by providing them the opportunity to advertise and market their businesses.

During the highly anticipated prize giving, Selby Simelane, the co-founder of the tournament, shared that the social golf club brings together golf enthusiasts of all skill levels to enjoy the sport in a friendly, laid-back environment.

SheshaGeza golf tournament empowered the youth on Saturday, October 12.

“Unlike more formal or competitive clubs, SheshaGeza focuses on fostering connections, having fun, and promoting inclusivity rather than strict performance or competitive rankings. Members of SheshaGeza often participate in regular outings, casual tournaments, and social events, creating a network of friendships that go beyond the game,” Simelane said.

Pamela Mdluli from AME congratulated players on the successful tournament and wished for a never-ending relationship between SheshaGeza and AME.

SheshaGeza is ideal for anyone looking to improve their game, meet new people, and enjoy the sport in a relaxed, supportive setting.
