The inaugural event on Saturday, December 7, brought together professionals of all ages to navigate the complexities of balancing work, social interactions, and mental health.
The event featured a lineup of accomplished individuals who led critical discussions on topics such as balancing marriage and career, financial literacy, the dynamics between new and experienced professionals, and mental health and wellness.
Attorneys Tumi Dikgole and Nompumelelo Matsane, social workers Nonhlanhla Ndaba and Elise Mahlangu, Nkangala Business Chamber CEO Anel Pieterse, and Pastor Sandile Shiba shared their expertise and experiences, providing participants with practical advice and strategies for achieving personal and professional balance.
