The Ermelo SAPS has launched an appeal to the community to assist in locating a person who may be able to aid in the investigation of a serious assault case.

According to reports, on December 31, 2024, a woman was stabbed multiple times with a knife, and police are working to identify the perpetrator.

The person in the photo may have information that can help crack the case.

Anyone with knowledge of the person’s whereabouts is urged to contact Sergeant Mary Maphophe, the investigating officer, on 017 819 2321 or 082 373 8389.

All information will be treated confidentially.
