Mayor Vusi Nhlapho delivers on promise to survivalist businesses in Ga-Nala

Executive Mayor Clr Vusi Nhlapho has delivered on his promise to support local survivalist businesses (informal traders) in Ga-Nala.

On March 18, he handed over essential tools of the trade to informal traders, aimed at strengthening and sustaining their operations through the programme, led by the Local Economic Development (LED) unit.
The mayor donated gazebos, tables, and chairs to assist informal traders in improving their trading conditions.

These resources are expected to help local businesses operate more efficiently, attract more customers, and create opportunities for sustainable income generation.

“This is the promise we made on the 13th, and today we are here to fulfill it,” said the Mayor. “We are committed to supporting the people of Ga-Nala by empowering local businesses because they are the driving force behind our community’s economic growth.”
