Glencore Coal recently celebrated the graduation of 23 local business owners from its Enterprise and Supplier Development (ESD) Training Academy in eMalahleni.

The programme, now in its fourth year, aims to build stronger, self-sustaining communities around Glencore’s operations by equipping small, medium, and micro enterprises (SMMEs) with critical skills needed to grow successful businesses.

According to Thys Marx, ESD Manager at Glencore Coal, “The experience from this group of graduates has been amazing. Your success today is not just a personal victory; it is a true testament to the power of vision and collaboration.”
