Nkangala TVET celebrates Women’s Day with unity and respect

The event provided a platform for women to connect and share experiences.

The Nkangala TVET College brought women from different campuses together at The Ridge Casino for a Women’s Day Celebration themed ‘Fostering a culture of Respect in the workplace.’

The event held on August 8 provided a platform for the women to connect, share experiences, and reinforce the importance of mutual respect and professionalism in their daily working lives.

“By taking them on this outing, we aimed to foster a culture of respect in the workplace and encourage unity, empowerment, and mutual support among women in our college,” said Anna Maleka, chairperson of the Nkangala committee.

By focusing on respect, the speakers highlighted a foundational value that is crucial for a healthy and productive workplace.

The event was a resounding success, and Anna commended all the ladies who participated.
